Description

A Dutch variety grown mainly for it's aromatic curled leaves which are cut like parsley.

Mostly used as a flavouring in soups, stews, stir fries and as a garnish.

Harvesting seed

Allow flower heads to dry on the plant.

Hand pick into a pillow case and tap seeds onto a sheet. Store in an airtight container.
