A late keeping variety with large golden skinned bulbs with a strong flavour.

High yielding and good for picking.

Harvesting seed

Allow seeds to dry on plants before harvesting. Gather the heads in a paper bag and allow to dry for 2 weeks. Most of the seeds will fall out on their own; shake the bag to free the remainder of the seeds.

Winnow and sieve the seeds.

Store in a cool dark, dry place in an airtight container.
